Q: How Far in Advance Should We Start Planning our Vacation?
A: For long haul itineraries such as Africa, Dubai, the Maldives and etc, we recommend starting the planning process at least 9 to 12 months in advance. For ocean cruises and all inclusive vacations 6 to 8 months is an ideal planning time frame. This allows us to secure the best accommodations and exclusive experiences. Planning ahead provides ample time to tailor every detail to your preferences and ensures availability. If you have a specific destination or travel date in mind, reaching out as early as possible helps us create a memorable experience that aligns perfectly with your desires.

Q: When is the initial deposit due?
A:You may submit your deposit when it’s convenient for you/your group. Rates and availability are subject to change until payment is secured
Q: When is the planning fee due and is it applied to the trip total?
A: The non refundable planning fee is due upfront for new clients immediately after submitting travel request and does not go toward your balance.
Q: Do you plan travels to destinations in the U.S?
A: Unfortunately, at this time I no longer offer local destinations. I solely only offer international travel and U.S Territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands)
Q: Do you sell travel insurance?
A: Absolutely! To protect your luxury trip, I strongly suggest getting travel insurance. It offers crucial coverage for unexpected situations such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage, allowing you to travel with full peace of mind.
Q: Do you book Budget travel and flight only bookings?
A: Dreamland Vacations Travel Co is a luxury travel agency focused on experiential and highly-tailored itineraries. We work with vetted suppliers, including cruise lines, 4 and 5 star hotels, tour operators and guides around the world. Our partners have an excellent reputation and focus on safety, service, and responsible business practices. We do not currently partner with budget hotels. While we can secure flights as part of a comprehensive itinerary, we do not book stand-alone flights. Private jet travel exceptions may apply.
Q: Can you book AirBnb's and other rental properties?
A: We do NOT book VRBO or Airbnb properties.
